Refund Process
Once your returned shipping container has been received by GRI Group Pty Ltd and successfully passed our inspection, any approved refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Where applicable, the refund amount may be reduced by any authorized charges, including return transportation costs, collection fees, or restocking charges, if these apply to your return.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 2–3 business days following completion of the inspection. While we issue refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment method.
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, we recommend contacting your financial institution first. If you still require assistance, please contact GRI Group Pty Ltd, and our customer support team will be happy to help track the status of your refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
At GRI Group Pty Ltd, we understand that circumstances may change after an order has been placed. Customers may request to cancel their order subject to the terms below.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of payment: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a refund, less a 10% cancellation and restocking fee. This fee helps cover payment processing, administrative expenses, and order handling costs.
- Cancellations after 24 hours: Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment will be subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking fee. This reflects the additional costs associated with order processing, inventory allocation, logistics planning, and returning the container to available stock.
Where a cancellation is approved, any refund due will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy after the applicable cancellation or restocking fee has been deducted.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact GRI Group Pty Ltd as soon as possible with your order details so that we can process your request promptly.
Delivery Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the delivery and placement of the shipping container(s). Before dispatch, customers should carefully review grigroupptyltd's Delivery Guidelines and verify that the site meets all stated access, clearance, and ground condition requirements.
Failure to provide a suitable delivery location or adequate access may prevent the successful delivery of the container(s). Where delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of grigroupptyltd, the customer will remain responsible for all reasonable costs incurred, including, where applicable, transportation charges, failed delivery fees, redelivery costs, container collection, depot storage, restocking fees, order cancellation charges, payment processing fees, and any other expenses resulting from the unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Customers are strongly advised to measure the intended delivery area in advance and ensure that sufficient space, overhead clearance, ground stability, and vehicle access are available for both the shipping container(s) and the delivery vehicle.
If there is any uncertainty regarding site suitability or access requirements, customers should contact grigroupptyltd before placing an order or arranging delivery. Our team will be pleased to provide guidance to help avoid unnecessary delays, additional charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
